As part of an initiative to promote reading in Parkside, classes were asked to create a ‘Book Corner’ where pupils could read in school in a stimulating environment.
Each class created some excellent Book Corners and after much deliberation the judges decided that class 5SN were the winning class. Their Book Corner can be seen below with some other fine examples. If you have any children’s books that you no longer require we would be grateful for any donations.
