We are extremely proud of our school uniform at Parkside Middle School and we expect our pupils to wear it with pride. School Uniform is compulsory and contributes to a neat and tidy appearance. Our school uniform is detailed as follows and may be purchased from S & H Schoolwear and Sports.

Black skirt (no shorter than two inches above the knee)

Tracksuits: During the colder months children may need to wear a navy blue tracksuit.

Equipment: To ensure that your child is prepared and organised for all lessons please refer to our Equipment List letter which provides details of all the essential and desired equipment for the forthcoming school year.

Jewellery: Children who have their ears pierced may wear up to one plain stud per ear on the lobe. Children are not allowed to wear earrings or any other items of jewellery in school and we cannot accept responsibility for any jewellery brought to the school.

Makeup: Pupils should not wear makeup or have hairstyles that the school finds unacceptable. Girls are not allowed to wear any bows in their hair.

Lockers: All children are allocated a locker which is situated in their Year Area. Children are asked to provide their own padlock plus a spare key, which is kept by the class teacher.
